Our company has existed since August 20, 1949, when the Council of Ministers has constituted our progenitor, i.e. the Industrial Construction Company No. 3.
Currently we function under the name of the Industrial Construction Company Chemobudowa-Kraków S.A., as a State Treasury owned joint-stock Company. We are entered in the Registry of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Cracow-Śródmieście, the XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000035770.
The share capital of the Company amounts to 75,332,200,00 PLN, entirely paid in.
In accordance with the Company provisions we may use the shortened for of the name: Chemobudowa-Kraków, S.A.
Our main headquarters are based in Cracow at Klimeckiego street No. 24.

Constant improvement and development through innovation. We execute our vision by constantly developing our all on-going processes, from decision-making to fulfillment. We achieve our goals in all the areas of out activity, where it’s technically possible and economically reasonable.
OUR MISSION
We aim at full satisfaction of our Clients, Contractors and Associates. Our mission is addressed to three target groups. The most important are our Clients – the Investors. We want to please our Clients, therefore we base our relations on partnership and involvement in the execution of the projects. To accomplish that we pay special attention to the future flawless operation of the contracted tasks. The next recipients of our mission are our Suppliers and Subcontractors with whom we work according to the partnership in business principles. We would like to give our Associates who have created the success of our Company with their own hands, reasons for satisfaction by offering them a wide range of social and pro-worker activities.
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
The key aspect of introducing the principle of sustainable development is assigning the highest importance to life and health protection of the workers in the Company’s hierarchy, as well as consistent, purposive application of the principles of life and health protection of the workers on all stages of execution of construction works by all the people involved, in all units and organizational structures of the Entrepreneurship. The principle of sustainable development also encompasses protection of the natural environment and the natural resources.
BUSINESS CULTURE AND ETHICS
We do not support the dictatorship of “profit’ as the main goal of a business activity. We won’t yield to this monopolistic supremacy uncritically, unconditionally and in whole, however we understand the necessity of using a number of principles, imposed by the law, as well as these accepted into business practice as “decent habits”. In our daily operation we base on the principles of business culture and ethics.
OUR AREAS OF OPERATION
The main area of our business activity is the execution of a wide range of construction investments in the sector of southern Poland, and, as means of exporting construction services – currently in Germany. We also run other kinds of activities, to a different degree connected with the construction business, which complement our market offer. These additional segments are partially a continuation of a tradition and, to some extent, a reaction to the needs and chances on the market.

REALIZATIONS
We would like to present you the pictures of the most interesting works, chosen from the 1200 investments, carried out by our Company in the country and abroad. Many of these works were appreciated by the Jury of the Structure of the Year Competitions and the Modernization of the Year Competition, which was confirmed by awarding prizes in the abovementioned competitions.

The management of boards of Chemobudowa-Kraków S.A. have long since decided the Company should participate in various competitions. The present Management also follows this trend. Our maxim is that our Company and its activity should be estimated by independent expert councils. The awards, presented here, constitute only a part of our prizes.
